By signing, I agree to be bound to all policies, guidelines and procedures set forth by the UAW Ford Craft Fair Committee. I agree to hold harmless the sponsors, volunteers, Ford Motor Company or their representatives, agents, invitees, guests, and participants from any and all liabilities for loss, injury or damage of any kind incurred before, during or after the fair resulting from the event that the undersigned participated in. Ford, JDRF and UAW-Ford Committee members shall not be held liable for any contractual agreement, either formal or informal, between exhibitor and buyer; any reduction in expected revenue for any reason; any injury to exhibitor or family, friends or associates.  I agree to bear all risk and expense for any loss, theft, or damage to my artwork, merchandise or other personal property, or injury to my person.  I grant permission for representatives of Ford, JDRF or the UAW-Ford Craft & Flea Market Committee members to photograph or video my work while setup on Ford property for any future promotional material.
